GENEVA – Azza Al-Said, a member of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF), rejected using the constitutional referendum as a way to delay the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections in December. Speaking during LPDF talks in Geneva on Tuesday, Al-Said affirmed that any election delay would obstruct the UN-sponsored peace roadmap in Libya.
