Italian Deputy Foreign Minister, Marina Sereni, confirmed that the Paris conference on Libya will be held under joint Italian, German and French presidency.
Sereni explained in press statements to the Italian Nova news agency that this conference comes to emphasize support for the electoral process and the need for a comprehensive Libyan-Libyan solution to the crisis.
She added that the process of withdrawing mercenaries and foreign fighters from Libya will begin in line with the action plan recently approved by the Libyan 5+5 Joint Military Committee (JMC).
