Head of Libya’s Presidential Council Mohamed al-Menfi, met on Saturday with the General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA) Lieutenant General Abdulrazik Al-Nathouri in Tobruk.
The two discussed “the important steps accomplished by the 5+5 Joint Military Committee in consolidating the ceasefire, opening the coastal road, and releasing detainees from various parties.”
They also discussed unification of the military institution and securing the upcoming elections on December 24.
