Member of the Libyan House of Representatives (HoR), Ali al-Tikbali, said that Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh’s government came to power for two tasks that it could not accomplish, describing it as “failure.”
Al-Takbali pointed out, in statements to Sputnik, that the government’s first task was to unify the state institutions, but Dbeibeh contributed to their divide.
As for the second task, Debiebeh was supposed to prepare for the elections, but he did not, al-Tikbali added.
He continued, “HoR saw that this government is a failure and cannot do anything, so its members met and agreed on the necessity of designating a strong prime minister capable of accomplishing these tasks.”
