Benghazi – Mahmoud Al-Farjani, Director General of the National Development Agency, met with Turkish Consul General in Benghazi, Huseyin Hanger, to discuss strengthening cooperation between Libya and Turkey. The talks focused on expanding the participation of Turkish companies in development and investment projects that benefit both countries.
Both sides highlighted the importance of increasing Turkish companies’ involvement in Libyan projects and making use of their technical expertise. They noted that this could open broader prospects for economic partnership and bring mutual benefits.
The officials also emphasized the role of the Turkish embassy and consulate in facilitating communication and coordination with Turkish institutions and companies. They agreed on supporting the establishment of practical and sustainable partnerships to further deepen the relationship between Libya and Turkey and translate their friendship into tangible results.
