Tripoli – The National Kidney Disease Authority, in cooperation with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), organized a specialized training session on infection prevention and control yesterday. The session was attended by several medical and nursing staff who work in dialysis departments and units.
The authority stated that the training is part of its commitment to developing staff skills and investing in ongoing education to improve healthcare performance and services. The course aims to introduce participants to the latest infection control practices and enhance their professional competence. This, in turn, is expected to strengthen patient safety and improve the quality of care provided in dialysis facilities.
