New Chargé d’Affairs at the Libyan Embassy in Cairo took over his responsibilities on Saturday.
The Chargé d’Affairs, Mohamed Abdelali Mesbah, took over after completing handover and receiving procedures at the Embassy headquarters, according to the Libyan Foreign Ministry.
