Minister of Local Government of the Libyan new government, Sami Al-Dhawi, stressed the prevention of implementing decrees or instructions issued by the outgoing Government of National Unity (GNU), led by Abdul Hamid Dbeineh.
He warned the institutions affiliated to his ministry against implementing any decrees or instructions issued by GNU Minister of Local Government.
He pointed out that no financial or contractual obligations is imposed on the ministry and its affiliates, and that no legal positions are to be changed or established until after the issuance of his instructions in particular.
The Minister held anyone who violates his instructions civil and criminal legal responsibility.
