Alarm Phone NGO has announced it lost contact with forty two people in distress near Malta.
The NGO said yesterday it was in contact with the forty two people in distress who are adrift with a broken engine just 40 miles off Malta, unable to reach safety on their own.
Alarm Phone stressed it alerted authorities, but there was no response, calling for end non-assistance and doing duty!
The NGO said it tried to contact nearby merchant vessels but without success.
