No session of the House of Representatives is scheduled for this week, Ibrahim al-Zaghid, a member of parliament, told Italian news agency Nova on Sunday.
Al-Zaghid explained that Aguila Saleh, the House Speaker, is in Cairo to attend the meetings of the Arab parliament and “the presidency of the House of Representatives has not called any session,”
He pointed out that Prime Minister-designate Fathi Bashagha is still holding consultations to form his government and should attend any new session of the House to present the names of the ministers.
