Tripoli – Libya’s oil production showed signs of further recovery, according to figures released by the National Oil Corporation (NOC) on Thursday.
The NOC stated that the North African nation’s crude output reached 1.208 million barrels per day over the past 24 hours. Additionally, condensate production hit 49,000 bpd during the same period.
The NOC continues to stress its political neutrality, stating that Libya’s oil belongs to all Libyans. However, its efforts to revive production have been impacted by funding shortfalls and divided governance.
