International Organization for Migration (IOM) said on Wednesday that 621,007 migrants were identified in Libya.
Adults represented 86% of the migrants, 75% men and 11% women, whereas minors represented 14%, including 8% accompanied and 6% unaccompanied children, according to IOM Libya Migrant Report.
Top 5 nationalities among migrants included Niger 24%, Egypt 17%, Sudan 15%, Chad 13%, and Nigeria 6%, the report explained.
59% of the migrants were identified in Libya’s Western region, 28% in the Eastern region, and 14% in the Southern region, IOM report pointed out.
