Holding Libya’s presidential elections on December 24 “has become impossible,” said Al-Hadi Al-Saghir, the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee for Elections Monitoring.
Al-Saghir told the press on Wednesday that the House of Representatives will hold a session next week for lawmakers to review the electoral appeals report presented by the High National Elections Commission (HNEC).
He also revealed that the House will determine the fate of the elections on after the report review.
