President of the Libyan Presidential Council (PC), Mohamed al-Menfi, discussed with the Executive Secretary of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD), Brigi Rafini, the final arrangements for the return of the Community’s General Secretariat to its headquarters in Tripoli.
Al-Menfi stressed that CEN-SAD return to Tripoli is an important signal to the world that Libya is witnessing a state of stability, after ending the state of divide that the country witnessed in the last period.
For his part, the Executive Secretary stressed that there is nothing to prevent the return of the Community’s General Secretariat to its headquarters in Tripoli, in light of the stability witnessed in Libya.
