The General Commander of the Libyan National Army (LNA), Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar, met in his office at LNA headquarters, the Spanish Ambassador to Libya, Javier García-Larrache, and his accompanying delegation, LNA General Command said in a statement on Tuesday.
