Mohamed Menfi, the chairman of the Libyan Presidential Council, will make an official visit today to Doha, where he will meet with Qatari Emir, Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, announced the Qatari state-owned news agency QNA.
Menfi and al-Thani will discuss “bilateral relations” and “strategies to support and develop them”, according to QNA.
