Mohamed al-Menfi, chairman of the Presidential Council, promised support for Libyan Program for Reintegration and Development after a meeting with the program’s representatives in Tripoli today.
During the meeting, Menfi discussed the representatives integrating ex-young fighters into civil life, the council said in a statement.
He offered to support the young men with scholarship programs to study abroad, training, funding for small and medium enterprises, which “contribute to the rehabilitation of young people,” according to the council.
