Deputy Prime Minister Ali Al-Qatrani announced on Thursday that governmental offices in the eastern region of Cyrenaica are now under the authority of Fathi Bashagha’s government.
Al-Qatrani made the announcement during a recorded speech from inside the prime minister’s office in Benghazi.
