Resident Representative of UN Development Program in Libya, Marc-André Franche, has visited Benghazi to review progress of UNDP investments and inaugurate a new civil society center in the city.
“Very glad to be back in Benghazi to review progress of UNDP Libya investments, meeting counterparts, inaugurate new civil society center and new initiative with Tatweer Research to support vibrant entrepreneurship city,” Franche tweeted.
