Sebha – Fezzan Palace Hall in Sebha hosted a celebration. It marked the conclusion of the first and second phases of the “Loyalty to Fezzan” project. First Lieutenant General Saddam Khalifa Haftar, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, graciously sponsored the event.
