Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Saddam Haftar, accompanied by the Prime Minister of the Libyan Government, Osama Hammad, attended the legal swearing-in ceremony for sixteen elected municipal councils.
The ceremony serves as a preparatory step for the councils to officially commence their administrative and service duties in accordance with approved legal frameworks.
