Education Monitoring Authority – Misrata announced Thursday temporary suspension of studies in the city for a period of 9 days, starting from July 10 to 18, due to the outbreak of Coronavirus pandemic in educational institutions.
It is noteworthy that Libya reported today the highest daily Coronavirus cases in months, where the National Center for Disease Control (NCDC) announced registration of 1,384 new cases of the pandemic, in addition to 4 deaths.
This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases in Libya to 199,526, including 16,095 active cases, 180,204 recoveries, and 3,227 deaths, according to NCDC.
