Sabha – Wadi Al-Shati University and Fazzan University have signed a joint cooperation agreement. This agreement aims to enhance academic integration. It also seeks to develop scientific research.
The signing occurred during a symposium. The symposium was titled “Transition Towards Clean Energy in Fazzan: Renewable Energy Engineering in Desert Regions.” Moon Desert Park in Obari hosted the event. The Faculty of Engineering at Fazzan University organized it. Many academics and researchers attended.
The agreement covers faculty exchange. It includes joint supervision of postgraduate studies. Joint research in sustainable development and energy is also part of it. Universities will mutually benefit from laboratories and libraries. It also involves developing e-learning. Joint academic programs will also be developed.
