Seizure of 6,000 Liters of Gasoline in a Farm on the Awjila-Jalu Road

Al-Wahat – Members of the Criminal Investigation Department at Al-Wahat Security Directorate, supported by patrols from the Rescue Section, seized 100 jerrycans of gasoline at a farm along the road between Awjila and Jalu. The total amount of fuel seized was estimated at 6,000 liters.

According to the Directorate, the operation followed information received about the illegal storage and sale of fuel at the farm. Investigation teams confirmed the information and located the farm before making the seizure.

Each jerrycan had a capacity of 60 liters. The seized fuel was inventoried, and legal procedures were initiated. Authorities are continuing their investigation to identify the farm owner and will refer the case to the relevant authorities.
