Sending a shipment of medicine to support health services in the city of Sabha

Benghazi – The Ministry of Health in the Libyan government has supplied healthcare facilities in the southern region with a shipment of medicines and medical supplies, which were sent to the city of Sabha. The shipment was distributed to health centers operated by the Sabha Health Services Administration to help meet needs and improve the quality of care.

The ministry stated that this support is part of its plans to develop the health sector in the south. Efforts include field visits to healthcare facilities and the launch of the “Healthcare Visitor” program under the “Caravans of Good” initiative. These steps aim to raise performance levels and provide essential supplies.

The ministry emphasized that these efforts are designed to ensure the continuity of healthcare for citizens and to enhance the readiness of medical facilities to meet current needs throughout various southern regions.
