Sources from within the Benghazi sea port confirmed Tuesday that imports of wheat are arriving at the port in large quantities.
The source added that the work is proceeding in the best way, stressing not to be drawn into rumors about the shortage of flour, the exploitation of some traders and the raising of prices.
The source explained that the current ships on the berth of the port are the QUEEN SARA ship, with a load of 12,000 tons of wheat.
It pointed to the entry of the ship PETRAl, with a load of 32,500 tons (wheat and barley), in addition to the entry of the ship AMINEM M, with a load of 18,000 tons of wheat.
The source confirmed that it is expected that the ship MY MARVA enter today with a load of 32,000 tons of barley.
It pointed out that the ship KAVKAS IV will soon enter, with a cargo capacity of 18,000 tons of wheat.
