Office of the President of the Libyan Presidential Council (LPC), Mohamed al-Menfi, has directed a letter to a number of institutions heads in Tripoli, including Chief of Intelligence Agency, containing a notification from the North Tripoli Court regarding the illegality of assuming the position of head of Administrative Control Authority, led by Abdulla Gadirbooh.
