UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) said Thursday it evacuated 174 asylum-seekers out of Libya to safety in the Emergency Transit Mechanism in Rwanda.
UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) said Tuesday 174 asylum seekers were evacuated from Libya to Niger with the help of the Emergency Transit Mechanism (ETM) and welcomed at the airport by UNHCR team in Niger.

UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, evacuated on Thursday 93 asylum seekers to Italy from Libya, “where they had been living in precarious situations with an uncertain future,” according to UNHCR.
UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, urged the Libyan government on Friday to immediately address the dire situation of asylum-seekers and refugees in a humane and rights-based manner.
