Transport Minister of the Libyan outgoing Government, Mohamed al-Shoubi, discussed Thursday with representatives of the Italian group “Consorzio Aeneas” mechanisms for resuming the reconstruction work of Tripoli International Airport, which was closed in the summer of 2014 as a result of clashes in the capital.
