The Media Advisor to the Speaker of the Libyan House of Representatives (HoR), Fathi al-Marimi, confirmed that HoR had not yet responded to the Presidential Council’s (PC) invitation for a meeting to discuss the constitutional track, due to the travel of Speaker Aqila Saleh abroad.
