German Ambassador to Libya, Michael Ohnmacht, said he discussed with Libyan Minister of Local Government, Badr al-Deen al-Toumi, and Deputy Foreign Minister, Omar Kitty, the next stages of Libyan-German cooperation in regard to local administration, support for decentralization, local development, transfer of competencies and capacity building of municipal councils.
