German Ambassador to Libya, Michael Ohnmacht, said he discussed with Libyan Minister of Local Government, Badr al-Deen al-Toumi, and Deputy Foreign Minister, Omar Kitty, the next stages of Libyan-German cooperation in regard to local administration, support for decentralization, local development, transfer of competencies and capacity building of municipal councils.
“A cordial exchange with Minister of MOLG,Mr. Toumi &Deputy Minister of FM, Mr. Kitty. We discussed the next stages of Libyan-German cooperation,in regard to local administration,support for decentralization,local development, transfer of competencies& capacity building of municipal councils,” Ohnmacht tweeted on Saturday.
