The Reform Bloc in the House of Representatives affirmed its commitment to the country’s stability and ending the state of political and institutional division.
In a statement, the bloc stressed that its position will be based on the provisions of the Constitutional Declaration and the Political Agreement, in a manner that ensures respect for national sovereignty and achieves a genuine consensus that paves the way for holding elections.
The bloc clarified that the political path will only succeed by prioritizing the supreme national interest, cooperating on the basis of partnership, and avoiding exclusion or unilateral decision-making.
It also called on the Presidency of the House of Representatives to hold an urgent official session to discuss the latest political developments and to unify the national position on the proposed initiatives, stressing that it will announce a detailed position on those initiatives and decisions after studying them comprehensively.
