Members of the Tripoli-based State Council Dialogue Committee affirmed their readiness to dialogue with the representative committee of the Parliament regarding the preparation of the constitutional rule whenever they are invited by the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL).
On Wednesday evening, the Council Speaker Khaled Al-Mashri, accompanied by First Deputy Masoud Obaid, held a meeting with the dialogue committee elected by the Council to prepare the constitutional rule in agreement with the Parliament Committee.
