UN Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams, said Thursday she met with eastern-based members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum (LPDF) and members of the house of Representatives (HoR) in Benghazi, where they discussed status of LPDF and HoR Roadmap Committee.
“I was pleased to catch up in person with the eastern-based members of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum yesterday in Benghazi. We discussed the status of the Libyan Political Dialogue Forum and current dynamics and they offered a variety of views on the way forward,” Williams tweeted.
“I also met separately with House of Representatives members Bader Al-Nouhaib, Zayed Hadia, Issa al-Ouraibi, and Saad al Badri. I was briefed on the work of the HOR Roadmap Committee, and we discussed recent parliament deliberations and future plans,” she added.
