Wadi Al-Shati University to Hold First Conference on Engineering and Technology Sciences in January

Sebha – Wadi Al-Shati University has announced it will host its first Conference on Engineering and Technical Sciences from January 21 to 22, 2027, featuring both local and international participation.

Researchers, academics, and experts from around the world are expected to take part. The conference aims to foster the exchange of expertise, showcase recent scientific achievements, and strengthen cooperation in engineering, technology, and applied sciences.

Organizers plan for the event to serve as a prominent platform for advancing research excellence, encouraging innovation, and building effective partnerships to leverage technology in support of sustainable development. Accepted papers will be published.

The conference will cover topics including engineering and engineering technologies, electrical and electronic engineering, communications and networking, civil and architectural engineering, urban planning, mechanical engineering, renewable energy engineering, materials science, and sustainable infrastructure.

Other subjects include health sciences, medical and biological technologies such as clinical laboratories, laboratory diagnostics, digital health, therapeutic and diagnostic technologies, healthcare innovation, agricultural technologies, food sciences, food security, agricultural engineering, smart agriculture, food safety and quality, healthy nutrition, food manufacturing technologies, agricultural biotechnology, and sustainable management of agricultural resources.
