Khaled Al-Mishri, chairman of the High Council of State, and Stephanie Williams, the U.N. Special Advisor on Libya, met on Monday at the council’s headquarter in Tripoli for talks on the latest political developments in Libya.
According to a brief statement by the council, the two emphasized “the need for continued consultation and consensus among all parties” and “the establishment of comprehensive national reconciliation to hold the elections and end the transitional period”.
