Sirte – Abu Hadi Rural Hospital in the city of Sirte held a celebration yesterday, Thursday, on the occasion of World Pharmacists Day, in the presence of the hospital’s General Manager, Mohammed Abu Bakr, along with heads of departments, medical personnel, and the pharmacists working at the hospital.
The speakers’ addresses during the ceremony touched on the vital role that pharmacists play in improving the quality of healthcare, stressing the need to support this role and not marginalize it, given its direct impact on the treatment system and patient services.
Congratulations were also extended to the pharmacists on their international day, in a festive atmosphere that recognized their status and the importance of their tasks within the medical team. It was emphasized that this occasion aims to enhance public awareness of the pharmacist’s role as a fundamental element of the health system.
