Ajdabiya – The Investigation and Arrest Unit of the Office of the Assistant for Security Affairs at the Ajdabiya Security Directorate, acting on the directives of Security Director Major General Imbarek Mustafa Abuharara, carried out a campaign to combat the illegal storage and smuggling of fuel intended to be smuggled out of the country.
Confirmed information was received by the Assistant for Security Affairs about a fenced plot of land on the outskirts of Ajdabiya where a quantity of fuel prepared for smuggling was being stored.
After verifying the information, the site was raided and the stored quantity was seized, while the search continues for the person responsible for storing the fuel for the purpose of smuggling it.
