Al-Abyar Education Monitoring Office continues to transfer teachers residing outside the municipality

Al-Abyar Education Monitoring Office continues to transfer teachers residing outside the municipality

Benghazi – Belqasem Al-Menfi, Director of the Media Office at the Education Monitoring Office in Al-Abyar Municipality, stated that the office is continuing to implement transfer procedures for teachers residing outside the municipality to their places of residence, in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Education and the directives of the Education Monitor.

In a statement to a LANA correspondent, Al-Menfi explained that this step is part of organizing the educational staff and addressing the teachers’ situations, ensuring that shortages are filled within the educational institutions in the municipalities where they reside.

He pointed out that the Education Monitoring Office in Al-Abyar Municipality includes a large number of members from the general reserve from outside the municipality, which has placed an additional burden on the office in the distribution of educational personnel.

He added that the number of teachers whose transfers have been completed as of the last batch has reached approximately 250, stressing that work is ongoing to complete the transfer of other batches according to the approved plan.

He affirmed that the Monitoring Office renews its call to teachers from the general reserve who reside outside the municipality to expedite the completion of their transfer procedures, noting that salary payments will continue regularly while these procedures are being finalized.
