Kufra – The city of Kufra, on Friday, witnessed the launch of the Horse Festival, in the presence of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief, General Saddam Khalifa, amid wide participation from the city’s youth and equestrian enthusiasts.
The festival highlighted the Libyan heritage associated with horses and equestrianism, and included various shows and competitions aimed at enhancing the sports and social culture among the youth, as well as encouraging a spirit of competition and excellence in traditional horse-related arts.
