The Arabian Gulf Oil Company has announced a new achievement in the Hamada field, represented by an increase in production rates after bringing wells V10_NC8 and AA11/NC8 into the operating system, through continuous technical and administrative efforts.
The company clarified that the first well’s production rose from 160 to about 400 barrels of oil per day, with an accompanying reduction in the water percentage of more than 11%, while the second well’s production jumped from 65 to over 400 barrels per day, with a reduction in the accompanying water percentage of more than 75%.
The company affirmed that this development reflects the success of its policies in developing fields and raising production efficiency through the cooperation between the Production Engineering and Reservoir Engineering departments and the application of the latest technical solutions, which contributes to enhancing sustainability and supporting the national economy.
