Secretary General of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD), Brigi Rafini, and accompanying delegation arrived on Sunday in Tripoli, in preparation for the secretariat relocation and commencement of its work from Libya.
Rafini pointed out that the visit comes within the framework of restoring life to the Community after years of work suspension, stressing his keenness to meet Libyan officials to discuss the conditions of the secretariat and overcoming all the challenges that may hinder its work when it moves to its headquarters in Tripoli.
