Libyan new Prime Minister, Fathi Bashagha, discussed with Spanish Ambassador to Libya, Javier Larache, the latest developments of the political situation in Libya.
During the meeting, held in Tunisia, the two sides stressed the need to avoid violence and support peaceful and legal solutions to ensure the holding of parliamentary and presidential elections according to a specific time frame.
The Prime Minister said, “We have close relations with Spain, and we can work together in various fields, the most important of which are energy, combating terrorism and organized crime, agriculture, water security and others.”
