Tripoli – Central Bank of Libya Governor Nagy Issa emphasized the importance of integrating monetary and fiscal policies to support economic and financial stability. He called for strengthened coordination among state institutions.
Issa explained that this integration requires close monitoring of revenue and public spending. It also involves implementing fiscal policy measures and prioritizing key economic and financial issues to improve the effectiveness of current policies.
He highlighted the need to continue implementing the unified development agreement. He stressed the importance of strictly following its provisions and resolving obstacles to carrying out agreed-upon programs.
Issa also called for greater coordination between institutions responsible for financial and monetary policies. He said this would help improve economic performance and support financial stability in Libya.
