Benghazi – Chief of the General Staff, Colonel General Khaled Khalifa, discussed the military situation in the southern and western regions. This occurred during an extensive meeting at the Field Marshal Khalifa Haftar Military City. The meeting included branch chiefs of staff, department directors, and several military leaders.
The participants addressed current field developments. They also evaluated the readiness of military units deployed in those areas. The group assessed the ability of these units to perform assigned tasks. Furthermore, they reviewed ongoing training operations. The discussions highlighted the readiness level of forces participating in the “Dignity Shield 2” tactical exercise.
