Benghazi – The specialized training program in strategic planning, organized by the National Anti-Corruption Commission in cooperation with the Human Resources Development Institute of the Libyan Academy – Benghazi branch, has concluded with the participation of eight employees from the Commission, after five days of intensive training.
The trainer, Dr. Salem bin Gharbia, explained to the Libyan News Agency that the program aimed to provide participants with the essential knowledge and skills in strategic planning, to enhance their ability to develop and implement institutional plans based on modern scientific principles.
The training covered several topics, including the importance of strategic planning in institutions, the necessary inputs for preparing plans, and identifying the departments responsible for drafting and implementing strategies, in addition to intensive practical training on formulating and applying plans.
Dr. bin Gharbia noted the Commission’s commitment to investing in human resources and empowering its employees with modern management tools that contribute to developing institutional performance and promoting the principles of transparency and efficiency.
Dr. bin Gharbia thanked Dr. Abdulsalam Al-Amrouni, President of the Libyan Academy, and Dr. Tawfiq Al-Haffar, Director of the Human Resources Development Institute, for their support in making the program a success, wishing the trainees success in applying the acquired skills and knowledge in their work environment.
