The Prime Minister of the Libyan Government of National Unity (GNU), Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh, has issued a decree allocating 20 million Libyan dinars ($4+ million) for the Libyan Health Attaché in Milan to cover the expenses of treating “the wounded Libyans” receiving medication in Italy.
The sum is to be deduced from Chapter Five of the General Budget as emergency expenses, said the text of the decree issued on Sunday.
