Head of the Tripoli-based High Council of State (HCS), Khaled al-Mishri, addressed a letter on Tuesday to the Board of Directors of the High National Elections Commission (HNEC) demanding the suspension of the electoral laws approved by the House of Representatives (HoR), according to a statement.
“We hold you legally, morally, and security responsible in case you take any action that responds to the presidential and parliamentary election laws,” the HSC statement said.
