Libya’s incumbent Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh met with Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani on the sideline of Gas Exporting Countries Forum in Doha today, announced the Amiri Diwan of Qatar.
The two leaders “reviewed the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of developing and enhancing them in various fields,” according to the Diwan’s statement.
